Bob has been actively engaged in the practice of law since 1980. He has a diverse practice and a unique perspective that stems from over 35 years as a practicing lawyer. Bob’s legal experience combined with his accounting and valuation background have also led to his involvement and expertise as a consulting and testifying expert in numerous financial and commercial matters.
Bob has counseled hundreds of closely-held businesses and business owners on a wide range of commercial, real estate and financing matters. He assists clients with issues related to organizational and operational issues, commercial and real estate matters, financing transactions, strategic planning and succession planning.
In addition to client representation, Bob has extensive experience as a court-appointed receiver and has served as a special master and court-appointed expert in federal and state court matters, and as an arbitrator and mediator in private commercial disputes.
