Jim represents developers, builders, buyers and sellers in all aspects of commercial, industrial and residential property acquisition, sale, construction and development. Jim’s practice focuses on construction, land use, zoning, title and real estate development. Since 2008, Jim has expanded his practice to represent borrowers and lenders in foreclosure, loan modification and debt workout. His litigation experience includes construction related disputes, real estate contract disputes, title disputes and zoning disputes.
